59club Launches Nationwide Education & Networking Roadshow Across the USA

Customer Service, Operational Excellence, and Networking Events will bring industry professionals together across the country, beginning at TPC Sawgrass this August.

59club, the global leader in customer service benchmarking, mystery shopping, and performance analytics for the golf, leisure, and hospitality industries, has announced the launch of its USA Education & Networking Roadshow, a new series of events designed to bring together Club Managers, Golf Professionals, and hospitality leaders to share knowledge, inspire best practice, and strengthen industry connections.

The inaugural event is complimentary, takes place at TPC Sawgrass on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, and marks the first stop on what will become an ongoing national roadshow that will visit golf venues across the United States, delivering practical education sessions, expert guest speakers, and valuable networking opportunities.

The events are open to all golf and hospitality professionals, regardless of whether their club currently works with 59club. The series has been created to encourage the sharing of ideas, best practices, and industry knowledge across the wider golf community, providing an inclusive forum where clubs can learn from one another, build valuable connections, and collectively raise standards of service and operational excellence.

At the heart of each event is 59club’s commitment to helping clubs deliver exceptional customer experiences, while driving operational excellence and commercial performance. Delegates will gain exclusive access to benchmarking insights drawn from 59club’s extensive mystery shopping program, alongside practical strategies that can be implemented immediately across Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, and wider club operations.

The opening education session, Customer Service & Operational Excellence, will explore what truly separates good clubs from great ones, using real-world examples, proven service frameworks, and objective industry data to identify the standards and behaviors that consistently create outstanding member and guest experiences.

Each event will be supported by 59club’s valued industry partners and guest speakers, bringing together expertise from across the golf industry to share practical insights, innovative ideas, and real-world experiences. Their contributions will further enrich the educational program while creating additional opportunities for delegates to connect with leading voices and trusted suppliers shaping the future of the industry.

Attendance at TPC Sawgrass is complimentary for up to two delegates per club, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure an engaging and interactive experience. Extra places can be reserved at just $50 per person. Additional venues and dates will be announced shortly, as the roadshow travels across the United States.
